We cannot accept returns of any items which have been opened or used without exception. We strive for one hundred percent customer satisfaction, if you aren't satisfied with your order, please drop us a message so we can see what will work best to resolve any issues you may have. 

A refund can be provided if your order arrived damaged or if you find that we have shipped your order incorrectly, or we can ship out a new one.

Shipping prices are based on weight, and are automatically calculated at checkout. All orders are send with USPS.
